Hu-Friedy has expanded its line of orthodontic instruments with the new Slim Flush Cut & Hold distal end cutter.

Although the overall design is similar to Hu-Friedy's Flush Cut & Hold distal end cutter, the Slim version adds to overall patient comfort by eliminating the need for a cotton role or piece of gauze to catch the cut portion of wire, Hu-Friedy said.
"Orthodontists have extremely busy patient schedules," said Ron Saslow, Hu-Friedy president and CEO, in a press release. "Hu-Friedy is dedicated to creating orthodontic instruments that enable them to effectively treat their patients without sacrificing quality."
