Planmeca has debuted the Planmeca Emerald compact intraoral scanner at the International Dental Show in Cologne, Germany.
The scanner weighs 183 grams and is designed for chairside use. It works with both Planmeca Romexis and Planmeca PlanCAD Easy software.
Additional features include the following:
- Ability to scan in full color
- Antifog capabilities
- Autoclavable tip
- Integration with dental unit for hands-free control
