Heartland Dental Care has acquired Neibauer Dental, a dental practice management company that manages 26 Neibauer Dental Care offices in the Washington, DC, area.
Chris Neibauer, DDS, the principal shareholder of Neibauer Dental, will continue to serve as president of the company, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Heartland Dental.
"The affiliation of Neibauer Dental Care represents a significant milestone for Heartland Dental Care as we expand our presence in the Middle Atlantic states," stated Richard Workman, DMD, founder and CEO of Heartland Dental Care, in a press release.
