A Polish dentist extracted all of her boyfriend's teeth after he left her for another woman.
Anna Machowiak, who practices in Wroclaw, Poland, said she couldn't resist taking revenge on Marek Olszewski when he turned up with a toothache just days after breaking up with her, according to a story in the Daily Mail.
Dr. Machowiak wrapped Olszewski's head in a bandage to keep him from speaking when he woke up from the anesthesia and told him there had been "some complications." Olszewski said he knew something was wrong when he couldn't feel any teeth after the surgery, but said he didn't doubt Dr. Machowiak because she is "a professional."
Olszewski said his new girlfriend has now dumped him because he is edentulous.
Dr. Machowiak faces up to three years in jail on charges of medical malpractice and abusing the trust of a patient, the story said.
