A dentist has resigned from the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners after being arrested for secretly recording an employee as she changed clothes.
William R. Birdwell, DDS, a member of the board since 2009, was arrested last week after an employee found a recorder in a bathroom at his practice in Bryan, according to an Associated Press story. He was charged with improper photography and released on a $10,000 bond.
