ADA Foundation Board of Directors elects new president

The ADA Foundation (ADAF) Board of Directors has elected Reneida Reyes, DDS, MPH, a pediatric dentist in Brooklyn, NY, as its new president.

Dr. Reyes succeeds David Whiston, DDS, who completed his second two-year term as ADAF president.

A member of the ADAF Board of Directors since September 2012, Dr. Reyes will serve a two-year term leading the ADA Foundation in both its philanthropy programs and efforts related to the ADA Foundation Dr. Anthony Volpe Research Center.

Dr. Reyes is currently section chief of pediatric dentistry for New York Methodist Hospital, Columbia Presbyterian Network and maintains a private practice.
