The Organized Dentistry Coalition has asked the U.S. Congress to lift the limit on individual contributions to flexible spending accounts (FSA).
The coalition consists of 10 major dental and dental specialty organizations, including the ADA. In a statement to the House Ways and Means health subcommittee, the coalition argued the $2,500 annual contribution cap imposed by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a "major step back for consumers."
