MIS Implants acquired by Dentsply Sirona

Dentsply Sirona has announced an agreement to acquire dental implant systems manufacturer MIS Implants Technologies (MIS).

Israel-based MIS has a "broad portfolio of implants and related products," according to a Dentsply Sirona release, which emphasized the strategic importance of both the "premium and value segments" of the implant market.
