Benco Dental was named as one of the companies on the 20 Best Workplaces in Health Care 2016 list by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine.
Benco Dental ranked at No. 20 on the list. The rankings are based on employee surveys at healthcare organizations. The companies were judged on employee pride in their jobs, coworker camaraderie, and trust of leadership, as well as communication, work-life balance, and compensation.
