Oral care products company Dr. Fresh has been acquired by personal care consumer products firm High Ridge Brands.

Dr. Fresh's portfolio includes manual and power toothbrushes, rinse and floss items, and travel kits under the brand names Firefly, Reach, Binaca, Dazzling White, and Dr. Fresh. High Ridge Brands products include soap and hair care brands.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.
