Carestream Dental is showing its CS 8100SC 3D four-in-one extraoral imaging system at the 2017 Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting.
The system combines panoramic and cephalometric imaging, cone-beam CT, and additional 3D applications, such as impression/model scanning and optional prosthetic-driven implant planning. The imaging system is 72.5-inches wide, and scanning time is as short as three seconds, according to the company.
