Biden's teeth catch media's attention

Following the vice presidential debate between Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), chatter on Twitter and other social media networks about the vice president's teeth went viral, according to an article in the Daily Titan.

Comedians commented on them and websites ran phony headlines with teeth-related puns. And now his teeth even have their own website, JoeBidensTeeth.com. The site, which has no official affiliation with the vice president, offers dental hygiene tips with a patriotic flair.

While Biden's teeth stand out on camera, an orthodontist interviewed for the article noted that they are probably the result of poor oral hygiene. Ken Fischer, DDS, explained that Biden's teeth are mostly crown and bridge work.
