Dental and surgical instrument manufacturer Pro-Dex has completed its acquisition of Fineline Molds, a San Dimas, CA-based manufacturer of plastic injection molding tools.
Rick Van Kirk, president and CEO of Pro-Dex, said the acquisition is part of a plan to make Pro-Dex profitable again.
"Fineline has an excellent reputation for quality and service, and we look forward to continuing that tradition and helping grow the business," Van Kirk stated in a press release.
Pro-Dex designs and manufactures powered rotary drive instruments and embedded motion control systems for the medical, manufacturing, and scientific markets.
