Delta Dental foundation gives $10K to Fla. MOM

The Delta Dental Community Care Foundation has given a $10,000 grant to the first-ever Florida Mission of Mercy, a program of the Florida Dental Association.

The event will be held March 28 and 29 at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, according to the organization. Dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and community activists, all volunteers, will provide free dental treatment to the region's underserved and low-income population. Event coordinators estimate that nearly 2,000 people will receive treatment.
