HealthyGrid introduces xylitol-free lozenges

HealthyGrid has released Loloz lozenges, its latest product for reducing oral bacteria.

Loloz was developed by a research team of microbiologists at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and features Cavibloc, a patent-pending extract from a specific licorice root. Studies show that Cavibloc helps to inhibit Streptococcus mutans and S. sobrinus, according to the company.

The product is available in lozenge or lollipop form in three flavors. HealthyGrid recommends that patients ingest two Loloz (one in the morning and another in the evening) for 10 consecutive days, two to four times a year. When used as directed, the benefits of Loloz last for about three months, according to the company.
