American Dental Partners continues Boston charities support

American Dental Partners is continuing its financial support of several Boston-area charities. The organizations are devoted to improving the quality of life of their local communities.

The Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) in Salem will receive support for the 10th year. Founded in 1799, the PEM presents outstanding works of artistic and cultural creativity. American Dental Partners' support has been dedicated to PEM's Kids and Families activities in the Arts & Nature Center.

Support was also provided to the following:

  • The dental program at Brookside Community Health Center is receiving support for the ninth consecutive year. Brookside is affiliated with the Brigham and Women's Hospital and has provided multidisciplined, comprehensive integrated care to residents in Jamaica Plain and surrounding neighborhoods for more than 40 years. Brookside's dental department provides oral healthcare to children and adults.
  • Riverside Community Care is receiving support for the ninth consecutive year for its Early Head Start program for low-income families with infants and toddlers, as well as pregnant women. American Dental Partners' financial support allows Riverside to include comprehensive oral health education, screening, and care to expectant mothers and toddlers as part of promoting healthy prenatal care, infant/toddler care, and the well-being of the entire family.
  • Tufts University School of Dental Medicine also is receiving support for the ninth consecutive year for its mobile dental care facility at the Josiah Quincy Elementary School in Boston's Chinatown. Students receive oral health education and care from dental students and faculty at the school-based clinic.
  • The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence is receiving support for the fifth consecutive year. For more than 120 years, the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence has been delivering innovative programs and activities for the youth of Lawrence that inspire them to pursue academic success, make healthy choices, and become leaders of integrity and character.
