Align Technology reported revenues of $136.5 million for the third quarter of 2012 (end-September 30), an 8.4% increase over revenues of $126 million for the same quarter a year ago.
Invisalign clear aligner revenue for the quarter was $126.7 million, compared with $114.3 million in the third quarter of 2011. Scanner and CAD/CAM services revenue was $9.8 million, compared with $11.6 million in same quarter a year ago.
Net profit for the quarter was $24.3 million, compared with $19.3 million for the previous third quarter.
