LED Medical acquires imaging software company

LED Medical Diagnostics has acquired Apteryx, a software development company.

Apteryx's dental imaging products include XrayVision DCV, XVWeb, XrayVision, and XVlite.

The purchase price is $10.25 million, according to the company. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2017.
