Global Oral Cancer forum to take place in March

The inaugural Global Oral Cancer Forum will be held on March 4 and 5 at New York University in New York City.

The forum will focus on innovations in prevention, patient care, technology, and services across the oral cancer continuum. It is sponsored by the Henry Schein Cares Foundation, and the ADA and the World Health Organization are among the many "intellectual sponsors" of the forum.

Topics to be discussed include the following:

  • Regional disparities in oral cancer
  • Developing strategies to improve gaps in the oral cancer continuum
  • Screenings, biomarkers, and chemoprevention
  • Policy development

Presentations will be recorded and made available on the forum's website, and white papers for review also will be developed after the forum. To learn more or register for the forum, visit globaloralcancerforum.org.
