Software developer Tab32 has launched HelloPatient, new patient communication and management software within its dental electronic health record (EHR) system.
The software is a comprehensive customer relationship management tool, which opens up phone, text, and email communication channels, according to the company. For example, using the tool, front office staff members and patients can text each other.
Other features include the following:
- Digital appointment booking, save the date, confirmation, and reminders
- Surveys and publishing reviews
- Recall information
All users of Tab32's free EHR system will be able to use HelloPatient for a fee.
