A-dec has introduced the A-dec 400 dental chair and delivery system, designed to give dental teams an option for ambidextrous configuration.
The new A-dec 400 includes front- and back-mounting locations for the delivery system and support-side modules, the company noted in a press release. Doctors are able to radius-mount a monitor, light, control, cuspidor, and assistant's arm. The radius delivery and support modules can rotate around the chair for complete left or right compatibility.
In addition, doctors are able to choose from A-dec's three dental light offerings and specify factory-installed ancillaries that can be integrated into the delivery system and prewired for the touchpad controls.
The chair is rated for a 400-lb maximum patient load and comes in seamless upholstery, sewn upholstery, and a range of color options.
