National Dentex Labs (NDX) has acquired implant restorations and aesthetics provider Dynamic Dental Solutions.
For NDX, the deal increases the dental prosthetics and restorative dentistry provider's reach to serve dentists, specialists, and dental service organizations throughout Florida and the southeastern U.S., according to the company.
A Jacksonville, FL-based independent lab, Dynamic Dental Solutions will continue to operate under its own name. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
