Masks out, sunglasses in for day 1 of CDA Presents

By Theresa Pablos, DrBicuspid.com editor in chief

May 12, 2022 -- ANAHEIM - The sun shines, palm trees sway, and many attendees smile -- without masks -- at the 2022 California Dental Association's (CDA) CDA Presents the Art and Science of Dentistry meeting.

The show is the first conference attended by DrBicuspid.com editors since the COVID-19 shutdowns where masks are optional, following broader rollbacks of mask mandates across the U.S. in the past few weeks. Attendees must still show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

Editor-in-Chief Theresa Pablos reports on the developments and highlights from day one of the show in the video below.
