DBVC 2020: Sprays Anatomy -- the truth and drama of surface disinfection

This two-part discussion will refresh basic infection control knowledge, revisit guidelines for surface disinfection from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) since the 2003 publication, and give an overview of the Optim 1 surface disinfectant.

In the presentation at DrBicuspid.com's 2020 Spring Virtual CE Conference and Trade Show, Sheila Barone, RDH, looks at surface disinfection in a world of emerging viral pathogens. You will also learn about the CDC's new interim guidelines for surface disinfection and the Environmental Protection Agency's response to the COVID-19 outbreak as it pertains to surface disinfection.
