Poor oral health increases pancreatic cancer risk for black women
March 28, 2019 -- Poor oral health is associated with an increased risk of pancreatic cancer, according to a long-term study that included almost 60,000 African-American women. Periodontal disease also was a risk factor, as with women with this condition were 77% more likely to have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  Discuss
