TDIC to merge 2 insurers

The Dentists Insurance Company (TDIC) announced that it plans to merge with two of its previously acquired insurance companies, pending regulatory approval.

The Dentists Benefits Insurance Company and Northwest Dentists Insurance Company will be combined into TDIC, with the company operating under the TDIC banner. The companies were acquired by TDIC in February 2017.
