Include an agenda item on improving the practice during your monthly staff meeting. Every month you should focus on identifying one, two or three key improvements that will help the practice improve production or performance.
Don't forget to make sure your treatment rooms look good. Each staff member should sit in each chair every three to six months and just look around. What do you see? How do you feel? Is there anything that needs to be changed, painted, or improved? Sometimes something as simple as a new artwork will give a treatment room a fresh appearance.
