Make a list of all problems and issues. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Instead of trying to handle everything at once, write all problems and issues down and tackle them one at a time.
Don't forget to delegate tasks. Solving a problem such as broken equipment could be as easy as instructing the front desk person or office manager to call the service representative and find out how soon someone can be there. Not every unexpected circumstance can be delegated, but your first thought should be to identify who in the practice is best suited to handle it and put it in their hands to solve.
