Perciaccante is a managing partner of and practicing surgeon with South Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, which has three practice locations in the Atlanta area. He joins Dr. Colin Bell, who had previously served as USOSM's sole chief clinical officer.

USOSM said it expanded the chief clinical officer role in response to the firm's significant growth and to focus more on surgeon recruitment and clinical guidance. Perciaccante will be responsible for business development, clinical compliance, and clinical processes, while Bell will manage new associate development and surgeon recruitment, according to USOSM.
