UF, Overjet partner to create dental AI education program

December 6, 2022 -- The University of Florida College of Dentistry announced a collaboration with Overjet to launch a new program designed to empower the next generation of dentists with artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance clinical decision-making and patient communication.

The Overjet Dental AI Education program will include an Introduction to AI lecture series and the Overjet AI Teaching Clinic. The clinic will be a hands-on environment where students can use AI to improve their diagnostic and case presentation skills.

UF said it is focusing on AI as the centerpiece of an initiative to enhance innovation across the curriculum.
