National Dentex Labs to acquire Swan Dental Lab

April 25, 2022 -- National Dentex Labs (NDX) is acquiring Swan Dental Lab, a dental restoration fabricator in Brunswick, OH. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Once the deal closes, NDX Salem, which operates near Cleveland, will be consolidated into Swan Dental Lab's existing facility. It will be renamed NDX Cleveland and will undergo renovations to accommodate the combined team of 30 employees.

Additionally, Nader Salem, the general manager of NDX Salem, will remain in his current position and will oversee operations of the combined labs.
