May 12, 2016 -- Henry Schein has donated 1,500 oral health kits to active-duty U.S. troops and veterans in need.

The donation was included in care packages from the Major Stuart Adam Wolfer Institute, a nonprofit organization that supports U.S. troops serving overseas and domestically.

The kits contain a toothbrush and toothpaste, and they will be sent to troops stationed in Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Additionally, 500 care packages will be distributed to veterans living in homeless and transitional shelters in the U.S. The packages include personal care and hygiene products, books and games, snacks, and letters from volunteers expressing appreciation.
