With the purchase, which was effective January 1, Dencap has more than 50 employees and has expanded its provider network to more than 150 dental offices in Michigan. Dencap now has more than 200,000 enrolled members.

Golden Dental Plans was focused primarily on union group plans, a sector in which Dencap had limited scope but now plans to grow further.
