Cerberus acquires National Dentex Labs

October 30, 2020 -- Cerberus Capital Management announced that one of its affiliates has acquired National Dentex Labs, the largest network of fully owned dental labs in the U.S.

The transaction will allow National Dentex to grow, capitalize on acquisition opportunities, and invest in more cutting-edge dental technologies, Cerberus Capital said. The National Dentex management team will continue to lead the company.
