January 8, 2018 -- Every day, you provide excellent clinical care for your patients, but are you doing the things that will ensure healthy production for your practice? There is a myriad of management, marketing, and scheduling strategies that you can employ each day to help increase production. By making patients and production a priority, you'll achieve practice success.
Schedule based on production. Many practices schedule patients by just filling empty time slots. Instead, reserve morning slots for high-production cases. Scheduling this way, with production as a priority, will eliminate unnecessary stress and help your practice meet its daily goals.
Don't assume your practice can't increase production. Does a fast runner think it's impossible to run any faster and just accept the status quo? The answer is "no." The best runners are those who search for new ways to improve performance. They don't settle. Neither should your practice.
