Affiliates of MCNA Dental have acquired New York-based dental insurance company Healthplex, growing their collective customer base to more than 8 million members across the U.S.
Healthplex currently serves roughly 2.4 million members and covers one of the largest dental provider networks in the state of New York. Founded by dentists, the company has experience in administering and insuring dental benefits, with an emphasis in designing cost-effective dental programs for Medicaid, Medicare, Child Health Plus, Health Exchanges, and other dental service providers.
