The 3Shape board of directors has appointed Jakob Just-Bomholt as the company's new CEO, effective August 1.
Jakob Just-Bomholt.Just-Bomholt will replace current co-founders and CEOs Tais Clausen and Nikolaj Deichmann, who will transition into the role of co-vice chairmen of the board of directors.
Just-Bomholt most recently served as executive vice president of emergency services company Falck. His track record includes leadership positions at several international companies, including logistics company A.P. Moller-Maersk, where he established a new business line.
