Smiles By Design has launched its premium online orthodontic treatment services in the U.S. and Canada.
With its teleorthodontic treatment service, Smiles By Design includes a free extensive diagnostic assessment for every client, according to the company. Clients complete a series of photo-guided questions, and they receive a report after their answers have been analyzed.
The firm noted that all treatments are provided under the direction of a licensed U.S. orthodontist, who is identified to the client as being in charge of his or her care. In addition, a Smile Concierge is assigned to every customer, and all customers have access to a Smile Design portal. The service also comes with an extensive guarantee, Smiles By Design said.
