The system is available in both cart and mobile configurations, so iTero Element Plus can be portable. It has higher brightness, a fully integrated 3D intraoral camera, 20% less waiting time for scans to process, and near-infrared imaging (NIRI) technology that supports the detection of interproximal caries, Align said.

The iTero Element Plus series cart is commercially available in the U.S., Canada, European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and India. More availability is expected in other markets throughout this year and 2022.
