Investment management firm Hunter Street Partners said it has joined with Healy Capital to acquire dental support organization (DSO) Kirkpatrick Dental Group.
Kirkpatrick Dental Group currently owns and operates eight dental practices in Tennessee and Georgia. Its new owners said they will work with the company's management team to evaluate potential expansion opportunities across the southeast region.
