Ivoclar Vivadent has named two new executive vice presidents for its North American operations.
Chris Holden has been appointed executive vice president -- chief administrative officer. Holden will be responsible for marketing, technology, Canadian operations, and other departments.
Sarah Anders has been appointed executive vice president -- chief sales officer. Anders will be responsible for sales in the U.S. and Canada.
