Web.com has updated its Lighthouse 360 patient communication software with a new text message feature.
The Patient FastTrack feature sends a text message to new patients to prompt them to fill out registration paperwork on their mobile devices. The feature is HIPAA-compliant and can reduce the amount of time team members spend on registration, according to Web.com.
The new feature is available at no additional cost to existing and new Lighthouse 360 clients.
