Co-founder of A-dec dies

George Kenneth Austin Jr. died on May 1. He was one of the founders of A-dec.

Austin founded the company in 1964 with his wife, Joan, who died in 2013. It is the largest privately owned dental manufacturing company in the U.S., according to A-dec.
