Irish pharmaceutical company Perrigo plans to acquire the oral care assets of personal care consumer products firm High Ridge Brands.
The acquisition, along with Perrigo's purchase of oral and personal healthcare product manufacturer Ranir last year, is intended to strengthen the company's position in the oral self-care market, Perrigo said. The High Ridge Brands acquisition includes the company's oral care products subsidiary Dr. Fresh.
