Keystone Industries has purchased infection control firm EPR Industries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

EPR manufactures medical and dental detergents, cleaners, and alcohol products. These offerings will be rebranded under Keystone's Optimize brand and added to Keystone's existing infection control product line, according to the vendor.
