PG Dental and Allied Dental have merged, forming a new dental service organization (DSO) called ProSmile.
Launched by CEO Bharat Rana and Chief Dental Officer Dr. Amish Patel in partnership with TriSpan, ProSmile will focus on providing clinical care to patients. The network includes 79 locations with more than 1,200 dentists, specialists, hygienists, and healthcare professionals.
ProSmile will be the largest DSO of multispecialty dental practices in New Jersey, according to the company. The network also has locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
