Dental artificial intelligence (AI) company VideaHealth has named Jeremy Kean as its vice president of customer success.
Formerly of WebMD and HealthSparq, Kean will be responsible for client implementation and onboarding, user support and account management, and growing customer relationships. VideaHealth's AI caries detection algorithm, which received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in May, is expected to be implemented at 7,500 supported practices by late 2023.
