Ortek Therapeutics plans to launch a prebiotic soft chew called BasicBites Synergy Plus to support oral microbiome health.
The supplement includes arginine biocarbonate and calcium carbonate for a balanced oral pH to protect teeth from dry mouth and sugary foods and drinks; vitamin K2, which helps the body integrate calcium into the bones and teeth; and vitamin D3, which helps the body absorb calcium into the bloodstream, Ortek said.
