Huron Capital Partners announced that its portfolio company, Michigan-based Spring & Sprout Dental Holdings, has entered into an affiliation with Dan German Orthodontics of Beavercreek, OH.
"With a well-established presence in Dayton, Dan German Orthodontics is a meaningful addition to the Spring & Sprout platform," stated CEO Michael Schwartz in a press release.
Spring & Sprout has also added affiliations in Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Pennsylvania since its founding in 2014.
