Delta Dental foundation seeks grant applications

The Delta Dental Community Care Foundation (DDCCF) is seeking grant applications from nonprofit dental clinics that provide services to children and adults who might otherwise go without treatment because of low income or limited access to care.

The program will award grants of up to $10,000 annually to qualified clinics in 15 states plus the District of Columbia. Submission guidelines include the following:

  • Grants are limited to a maximum of $10,000 per calendar year.
  • Grants will only be awarded to local nonprofit dental programs designed to promote oral health in the following states: Alabama, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Washington, DC,
  • Programs should be designed to promote and improve the oral health of underserved or at-risk populations.
  • Each organization is limited to one grant proposal per year.

The foundation will evaluate each application based on certain criteria; applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and applicants will be notified shortly after application submission if a grant will be awarded. Contact information is available on the foundation's website.

The Delta Dental Community Care Foundation is the philanthropic branch of Delta Dental of California, Delta Dental of New York, Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, and their affiliated companies.
